The best office building in the CEE region is Warsaw UNIT
EuropaProperty magazine announced the winners of the 11th Annual CEE Investment Awards for investment, sustainable development, and business excellence in Central and Eastern Europe. Warsaw UNIT won in the Office Project category.
This year, Ghelamco projects were awarded in two categories. The Bridge, which is a new Ghelamco project, was awarded in the Future Project category, while Warsaw UNIT won in the Office Project category.
The 11th annual EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Manufacturing Awards are recognised as one of the most important and valuable real estate events in Central and Eastern Europe. The forum and main awards gala were a hybrid style event celebrating and recognising the top-performing companies from the region for their phenomenal achievements in commercial real estate.
